Bought one of these years ago ( blue version ) . They are good . They are 400 euros now but when I got mine back in the day it was 300 . Better value back then. I dont think this has the capacity or value to be asking 400 euros for it

Use the leg strap it comes with and use the bottom cable attachment . Face forward and lift your leg up

It is recommended for pull ups.

It has many design flaws, mainly the weights get stuck at top which is a huge problem at higher weights, the chest workout part is not properly balanced so it gives jerk in shoulder. Also max weight is only 65 KG so only suitable for beginners. Will sell mine soon.

Maybe the guide rods that the weights travel up and down on are slightly bent ? Maybe the pullys are not adjusted correctly ?

My machine’s weights get stuck when they reach the top, so I have to restrict my movement. Any solution ?

It's a badly designed product. For example, leg extensions have bad quality cushioning under load

They slide off easily , so maybe get better ones ?

@@MrTimjm009 How? Cushioning has no support to hold them in place. replacing them with better ones wont help

if the surface is flat then it won't move, or else you can use domyos floor mat to give it more grip also there's one more model which consist of weight stand which makes it more sturdy
