Thx I nearly buy it. I have nearly the same bag here at home. Now unfortunately I have to return it. Is so pretty like Chanel but the quality of the quilted leather I don't know. Did you impregnate it beforehand like is recommended? You have to take good care of it with a special leather product. Too complicated and for the price too delicate leather for a expensive bag like this!

this brand just closed, which sucks bc their eyeshadow formula was SO bomb. I still have all of these - i just spray them with alcohol to sanitize and keep them

I bought the white 26 and the same thing happened to mine and I called my coach store and they exchanged it for me and I also had it personalized. I would just take it in.

I have that same but I think the seams are better than the coach cards are better made … even though it is pink never used because it bothers me that it is a bit wrong, but before this I buy the rectum verse that is super better done but more expensive $620

I don't think you should be so hard on yourself. Just recently I was watching a daytime talk show and this woman and her cousin inherited her grandmother's bag closet. She said her grandmother had four bag closets. One for each season and they were all replica bags purchased from kislux .

I purchased this too in size 26 from The Iconic and had the same issue like yours 🥹 only been using for 2-3 times and for few hours each (within a month from the date i got the bag). Luckily, they accepted the exchange, hopefully i can get the new one without any problem like this 🥲. Thank you for sharing about this issue.

Some people I know have this tabby 33. They have been using it several times more than 3-4 months without any issues. Idk why u have the leather issue already, but Coach can fix it if you walk into the store. The hang tag is no issue at all. They didn't tight the chain well. They can put a new chain, or they can tighten the chain you already have. They will fix the leather problem too. You just have to walk in, and the repair is free😊

A long review, 2 issues. But, I have decided not to buy the bag. Large bags tend to wear quicker. Coach should swap your bag out, and the chain for the tag. Keep pestering them

I have the black quilted tabby 26 and I barely wore it before noticing my corners are also really wearing off. It looks worse than some of my cheaper bags that only got to this point after a year + of wearing daily. Really sad. I did buy their conditioner to help with dryness.. but maybe I will reach out about repairs

I so wanted the bigger size! ❤ I have the 20 size & it is cute but there are times when I wish I could fit my phone inside it. But I do like the chain strap & I hate chain straps lol. But I feel like the weight of it is perfect for it. I do have the Cassie 19 chain strap & used it on a swinger bag before & the weight of it was too heavy. Idk I didn’t like it but I do love the chain strap for this bag. ITS BEAUTIFUL!!!! ❤❤❤

@@Swatchstrike ooh girl the Cassie 19 is a little more roomy because the width of the bag is bigger. Also the 3 pocket compartment can fit a lot more than the swinger 20. But I have a iPhone Xr with a slim phone case. I mean the bag can fit everything I carry. Just not my phone. But the light chain strap definitely feels more forgiving on the shoulder. I didn’t have a problem with the chain strap slipping off my shoulder. This one felt more nicer & light.

I just got the 20 last weekend and it definitely holds my iPhone 14 Pro Max a card holder my keys and my sunglasses. I can’t believe it but all those things do fit in the 20… You caught me by surprise I did not know that came in a bigger size with the crystals I want that size so freaking bad oh my God I love it.😍😍😍😍😍😍
