I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the hotel grandeur, and it was easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that cleanliness and basic hygiene were not priorities at this establishment. First, the room was filthy. The floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed in what seemed like weeks, with visible dirt and dust gathering in the corners. The bed linens looked suspiciously used, and I even found hair and stains on the sheets. The bathroom was no better. Mold lined the shower tiles, and the sink had a foul smell coming from the drain. The towels were dingy and didn't look clean at all. As if the lack of cleanliness wasn’t bad enough, the room was infested with parasites. I woke up with bites all over my body, clearly from bedbugs or some other pest. It was horrifying to realize that I had been sleeping in a bed crawling with parasites. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, they were completely indifferent and offered no help or apology. To make matters worse, the overall condition of the hotel was rundown, with peeling wallpaper, broken furniture, and a general feeling of neglect. The staff was unhelpful, and any requests for assistance were met with rude, dismissive attitudes. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider. The state of this hotel is not only disgusting but poses a health hazard. I left feeling uncomfortable, disgusted, and covered in bites. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else-anywhere else-if you want a clean, safe, and decent place to stay.
