I had very poor service from this company. I had called their info line and loved the portal ski googles, which were out of stock. The help desk sold me on the XPortal which I wore for 3 hours heli skiing, they are way too big on me. Sent them back but no luck, they claimed they were scratched, which they were not. Offered a third of the value in a refund. Not easy people to work with. Kathy

Would like to replace a damaged lens , how I get a new lens

Never buy cleo they shipped their sunglasses to me without case only in carton box, and for 150€ they are so light i have glasses for 20€ which are equipped with heavier metal than these one…they also came scratched. Although the quality is very poor 👎

Do you have a video on how to change just the lens off the RLS system? I have unpolarized portals but buying the optimum polarized GB for them. A video would be helpful of swapping the lens off the RLS. Thanks!

1:04 surprised to see the bottom rim is about 1 cm thick. That doesnt seem like a noticable improvement over Portal and other models. Surprised Zeal went with a pin-into-hole design with the Observation Deck tech. Feels like they could have made the bottom rim 3 mm thinner by using magnets. Perhaps it is a plan to shave off 1 mm every year to sell a new model? ;) Love the idea - not sold on the execution. Really, to get the goggles closer to your nose/cheeks you need to shave off half the foam as well. Will we ever see goggles with two sets of removeable foam at the bottom row? You can steal that idea from me lol.

Are these made of polycarbonate or trivex material on the lenses?

I need these in black frame with every different color lens y'all offer. Can that be done? I dont care if its ten different pairs haha. Im obsessed with my sand frame and copper lens ace sunglasses.

So I usually require large sunglasses, I wear the Zeal Cams every day. Is there a Lookout XL coming in the future?

On my goggle one side of one of the lenses cannot be pushed off easily. My sky blue lens works perfectly but my main lens is having problems. I’m just wondering if there’s anyway to fix it or get a new lens?

How do you change the lenses?

My parents are friends with his parents.

I don't ski but I do climb mountains. On summit day we start in the middle of the night and finish in the middle of the day, usually in sunny, snowy conditions. I need "zero" tint at night and "maximum" tint during the day. I've avoided goggles by using glacier sunglasses with maximum coverage but I'm ready to move up to some tougher mountains where I need goggles. The automatic lenses sound good but I don't really want any tint at night. Which goggles should I buy?
