im running mine from nvr to normal network switch from network switch to a poe module from poe module to cameras reason why i went with this way its safer when u have power surge or lightning strikes

When i install it, it says in the application ( hikconnect) that it doesnt support 5G network....any ideas?

Config ur router to use only 2.4 GHz connection.

@@Jokamutta No, i did something else and it works. You dont have to configure the router, just first you connect to the camera network wifi and after this you connect to the router - works perfect, on any router or hotspot

Hi this is Jahanzaib from Pakistan recently visit china. For business purpose. On these days just go to the shopping mall and purchase 12 camera and one NVR from Zhengzhou Henan. Now there are two problems. One is the NVR doesn’t have English language option. Model of DS-7832N-K2. And second problem is the major problem. I purchased huawei PoE switch for these camera now camera just ON on adaptor. PoE is ok. Is there any problem in camera? Camera model: DS-IPC-B12-1. Please help me how get rid from these problems.
