I'm a little sad the T Bucket is gone, I come by your channel every few months to hear it run. The C Cab project sounds interesting, I'll have a watch of your videos you've put up so far of that. There are lots of T Buckets in New Zealand and a fair few C Cabs. I quite like it when people break the mould and put something that's not a V8 in them. Keep up the great videos, they feel like we're there with you just hanging out in the shop

Corey, I appreciate the comment. It's hard to beat the sound of a blown alcohol engine. I dreamed of building one since I was a teenager. Now I'm 65 with a lot more dreams to live before I run out of time. Thank you for watching.

I have been an Engine Builder for Decades and I would have to Respectfully disagree- In my Learned Opinion, this is an Out-of-Balance problem with the Dual Chrome Muffler Bearings. I have seen this a million times and have stayed in a Holiday Inn, Once. Respects, RH DSD

@@Layznc You would be amazed at how many of these kids will ask Where do I get a set of "Polished" dual chrome balanced Muffler bearings and how much." I love the old days and I had a 68 SS Camaro with a 6:71 blower, weiand full race blower intake, two holley 600 center squirters and a 3 inch Cragar blower drive, 10% underdriven. Those were the days!!!!! My Respects, Sir, Randy H , DSD

@@Layzncok cool! That explains it. Looking closer I see no carbs! Still a nice rod. Most T guys never seem to drive them. Just idle around the parking lot. Drive it! Thanks!

Did you build your previous T Bucket ? And will you have all this frame chromed ? Great job Martin !
@Layznc16 күн бұрын
Freddy, I bought the T bucket complete with a small block chevy then built A big block Ford to replace it. The new engine didn't fit so I ended up building a new frame. There are videos on my channel of the first build. Part of the reason for selling my T bucket was all the cleaning and polishing every week. This one will not have any Chrome. Thanks for watching.

@Layznc I understand you perfectly..as I had a '72 Camaro all built and chrome and it was a pain to keep clean..

Hi Martin, I have 7 degrees on my front axle and 5 degrees on my rear axle on the pinion. This is on my 32 Ford high boy. Taking a measurement on the drivers door window sill, I have a 4 degree rake.
@Layznc16 күн бұрын
6 on my last T bucket worked great. I think 3 on the pinion will work, the straight six will sit low in the frame. And the frame is only 1.8 for now. Appreciate the comment Thanks again for watching.

That yellow supercharged 23 T is over the top man. I would invest a few more ($) for a roll cage. He's going to need it. The ole blower serge // crazy cool. Real nice 1962 Black ^ Silver Olds Starfire in parking lot-nice. I noticed that those front wheels do not turn very short. That's why I don't like R&P steering. Keep it shiny side up man.
