I do offer a Client Attraction System that offers 4 bonus lessons on SEO for Therapists. However, if you need someone to do it for you, you should consider Daniel from Private Practice Elevation.

How encouraging, thank you so much! Life’s failures are what led me to private practice. I believe I am exactly where I need to be. Thank you.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:04 😊 *Profile Optimization on Psychology Today* - Professional headshot: Use a professional headshot that conveys confidence and professionalism. - Emphasize pain points: In the first four lines, ask questions addressing the client's pain points to create curiosity. - Evoke emotion and offer hope: The initial paragraph should focus on evoking emotions and offering hope to the client. 15:03 📸 *Enhancing Psychology Today Profile Visibility* - Algorithm understanding: Distinguish between browsers and buyers on Psychology Today; optimize for the latter. - Browser vs. Buyer strategy: Tailor your profile for the buyer by addressing specific pain points and creating a compelling narrative. - Leading statement: Craft a leading statement in the first four lines to engage the reader and spark curiosity. 19:26 💡 *Crafting Engaging Content in Psychology Today Profile* - Evoke emotion and offer hope: The first paragraph should focus on evoking emotions and offering hope rather than being about the therapist. - Value proposition: Offer concrete value in the second paragraph by highlighting how you can help clients with specific issues. - Contextual certifications: If mentioning certifications, provide context and explain how they benefit clients to maintain engagement. 21:30 🚀 *Effective Call-to-Action in Psychology Today Profile* - Concrete action: The last paragraph should include a clear call to action for potential clients. - Encourage engagement: Guide clients on the next steps, encouraging them to connect or seek further information. - Minimize distractions: Avoid providing too much information that might lead clients to search elsewhere, keeping them focused on your profile. 21:45 📑 *Psychology Today Profile Introduction* - Importance of the first sentence in Psychology Today profile. - Directing readers on the next steps and avoiding unnecessary justifications. - Highlighting the need for clarity on services and costs, especially for private pay. 22:28 🎥 *Importance of Intro Video* - Emphasizes the significance of an introductory video on Psychology Today. - Recommends a 15-19 second video for a brief introduction, service explanation, and call to action. - Stressing the visual appeal for clients who prefer watching over reading. 23:51 📸 *Enhancing Visibility with Additional Photos* - Advises therapists to use diverse photos, including different settings (e.g., office, telehealth setup). - Highlights the importance of visual elements to provide a sense of the therapist's environment. - Encourages thinking outside the box for unique photo ideas. 24:34 🔍 *Strategic Use of Keywords* - Discusses limitations in Psychology Today's visible issues for clients. - Recommends selecting 2-3 issues and strategically placing them within the personal statement. - Explains how adding specific keywords can enhance visibility in search results. 26:21 🌐 *Location Strategy on Psychology Today* - Advocates for strategic selection of primary, secondary, and third locations. - Suggests analyzing less saturated and competitive areas for improved visibility. - Shares a pro tip on using specific zip codes and checking provider saturation. 28:54 🔄 *Testing and Maximizing Psychology Today Data* - Highlights the importance of maximizing profile content once found on Psychology Today. - Advises against frequently changing personal statements and suggests strategic testing. - Emphasizes using Psychology Today as a supplemental referral source. 30:18 💡 *Diversifying Marketing Strategies* - Encourages therapists not to rely solely on Psychology Today, especially for private pay. - Recommends investing in a website and considering SEO for long-term marketing. - Stresses the need for a diversified approach to attract clients beyond Psychology Today. Talkspace bills insurance. BetterHelp is self pay only. If you’re already credentialed it takes a very short time to onboard. ALMA is fantastic. You get 100+ for sessions and they do all the work!!!!

gotta disagree on the betterhelp/talkspace point. Everyone I've talked to who has had a relationship with those companies said the pay was super low, the company didn't respect professional boundaries, and they felt treated as though they were always expected to be on call.
