Nice, the old cabin was ready to fall down. No more firewood provided, thanks to the partyers wanting bonfires and not bringing their own wood. Jerks. If you use a public use cabin and see something that needs maintenance, let the ranger's office know after your stay.

Great video! How'd y'all get around the oppressive drone rules in Chugach State Park?
@1193bobmcc2 жыл бұрын
Really?
@premiumbitter2 жыл бұрын
@@1193bobmcc really! Rules for commercial aircraft are being used on drones because there are no specific rules about drones. There needs to be better drone policy in Chugach state park. The only legal place to fly drones in the park right now is at the Bold air strip, which is the most dangerous part of the park to fly a drone!

Love it. Well done. I'll mention that most water filters struggle with the silt in the water. I (and the group I was with) found that the Platypus GravityWorks filter did the trick.

It’s a great trail. But do pay attention to everything that’s said in this video; everything!😎. I’ve had several friends who almost died on the trail. And, in each case they were doing something that your warned about here🤪.

It's much dirtier now. there is no lantern, there is no wood. trees have been chopped down. The woodstove is in need of repair or replacement. the outhouse is in dire need of emptying. there is a silly stupid poem sign right in the pathway to the outhouse. But overall, the cabin is a nice place to stay.
