So... is a credit note the same as "adding a payment?" Because I can't find any specific guidance on how to mark invoices paid for advanced purchase orders.

How do I turn off Backorder Function for all the SKUs in my Product Master? I wish to fullfill the Order with what I have and inform the customer, Invoice the Fulfilled Quantity and Close the Sales Order.

Please update with a new video :) As the previous person said a year ago, please specify difference between the two Amazon integrations. Also, I want the orders to come through at the price I charge on Amazon, nothing to do with tiers. I feel like some of the details relevant to real life Seller scenarios are missing from the demo.

how do I create a restock for multiple credit notes? a customer bought qty 15 units of a product, returned 3 units on different dates, and we have since sold the 1st and 2nd returns. How do I restock the third product without completely reversing everything applied before? I had to undo the initial credit note to be able to restock the 2nd return.

I have to manage plant 🌱 stock.. do you cater for dynamic stock? plants take a while to grow and only have a short window of delivery availability.

The cost per unit is showing Average according to my review, but I need it to show as Last Purchased Price. I have an item that costs us $1.62 and shows that in Assembly BOM, but it shows as $0.2029 when in Production BOM.

How do I rename the Custom Field Columns under the Customers Table? I have entered some attributes that I need to have for customers but the heading of the column remains as 'Custom Field 1' but I need it renamed please.

Only a limited number of fields can be added into reports. Why not allow a user to add other fields such as customer email etc. to be able to better target customers.

I was genuinely excited about this as a user but surprised that I would have to pay for it. Obviously I like other users have funded this course with our memberships so why do we have to pay for it? Wouldn't that be double dipping? How many users do you have and how much are they paying each year? Still need funding for the academy?

That’s not really true. I am going through a project to select an ERP and all tier 1 and tier 2 ERP charge for the training you get at the beginning they just include it in the implementation cost.
