You were ahead of your time with this one. People are now denouncing products and replacing them with experiences, good or bad. Doesn’t matter as long as it’s post worthy!

My favorite are the ones with excess amount of social media clout with nothing but pictures where everybody has teethy smiles. Ofcourse they share in detail how they were married to a narcistic man for 180 years. And how he would torture her untill she died. Every day! The average live love laugh.

Love it. A lot changed for me when I realized that the opposite of fear is not courage, it's curiosity. Courage is when you're scared but you go ahead anyway.

oh damn....yeah 15 years of that, sadly it tapped into all the childhood poop I had going on. Great opportunity to set boundaries, care for myself and double-down on developing my practicing by working with the ways I get triggered.

My one hand supporting my hand that was closed in a fist and protecting myself being allowed made me tear up. I have found that most therapists are uncomfortable when I get outraged in situations that bring up my trauma. That just makes me feel worse.

Embracing radical wholeness can be a beautiful and uplifting thing. I continue to pray for the day when even Ken Wilber's Integral Life Corporation and their associates begin to integrate some decent human ethics into their activities. 🙏
