Hi! I'm doing the the forage,ect in theforage aa nd although I'm student, of data science I'm just le,arning about NLP, so finding your videinhelp me a lot about how to proceed. Thanks for that. Anyway, the important part of this post is that I think you made a mistake when you striped the "\t\t\t\t\t\t\t" from the score. Apparently, when we scraped the rating, the one with "\t" is picked from the overall rating for the airlines, so, for example, the first review in your example it should be 1 but for the overall airline is 5 you considered that score for the first review. This might lead to wrong assumptions about the data. I think that a good way to overcome this (and this is what i did) is to eliminating the scores that contains "\t" instead of striping from the string. Hope it makes sense :) Cheers.

For completeness, I realized this when I scrapped only the first page with 100 reviews and I got 101 scores that's why I noted that the first score that contains "\t\t\t\t\t5" was the overall rating for the company. stars=[ x for x in stars if "\t" not in x ] Before creating the DataFrame :)
