Most likely, yes. I'd need to view the builder's warranty information, but in my experience (and confirmed from a bit of research), builder warranties are good through their terms, and can be a valuable asset to market to prospective buyers. For over 700 thousand dollars the secondary bedrooms are small. I don't like the floor plan. The Living room looks small and I don't like the placement of the kitchen. The built ins in the office are not symmetric. it would drive me crazy.
