Newbie question, how do people with mobility issues cope, do they need to stay in their motor home?

Hi, the operators don't allow anyone to stay below deck. We don't have any experience of this but we're pretty sure the online booking form allows you to say if you have any mobility issues. It may then ask you to call the company directly to communicate your needs. There are lifts between the decks which you will need to park close to and once aboard there are accessible loos and there will likely be adapted cabins too. Hope this helps x

Can you take dogs on this ferry?

Yes David, there were quite a few dogs on board. The ship had a pet deck where dogs were required to stay in one of 19 pet friendly cabins with their owners. They weren't allowed off this deck but there was an outdoors exercise area on the same deck. It was all metal flooring here, with hoses to wash it down. Dogs were required to stay on the lead and muzzled when outside their cabins but we didn't see too many muzzles so the rule wasn't strictly enforced. Hope this helps.

We don't know for sure, it could have been a Saturday night thing, or a celebration of the Monte Carlo rally taking place that weekend.

We had a small tripod and I was feeling fit that day! Yes, we did a ride by then returned or set it up then looped back to an earlier point, Vi 🚴‍♀️🙂

We were thrilled when the Porpoises came along and just couldn't believe it when they were followed by the Otter!

Looks lovely; reminds me of Newborough in Anglesey - sand dunes, lovely sandy beach, not many people (although there are changes which seem to be intended to bring more visitors there). That sea was so clear! Was it warm?

The low number of people in any one place is one of the things we really like about Sweden. The sea couldn't be described as 'warm' but it was nice for me to paddle and Will to swim in for a minute or two, Vi 😄
