Yeah you're right, there was a few filler episodes during the Wano arc leading up to Film RED. The line between canon and filler is very thin with some of the movies while thicker with others. So who knows anymore haha

Uta's effect is once per turn. So additional swings with "im invincible" will not trigger her "when attacking" ability.

I honestly forgot about Sanji when making this video, he is the best leader in sealed by far. Nice job!

That's actually up to each stores discretion. The official sealed rules allow you to bring any Leader. Personally I think Rainbow Luffy is more fun since you don't have to worry about leader restrictions but not all stores enforce it.

When I made the video, I honestly forgot about that leader. If it's putting up results, I'll definitely add to the aggressive category in next sets video

I keep forgetting about him, he's relatively solid but most of the cards you want to play outside of the vanillas are characters with "on plays". If you manage to open a lot of solid "when attacking" characters then he's definitely worth it.

Purple Luffy is a fine leader for sealed, getting ahead on curve can actually be pretty powerful if you have good cards to play but I wouldn't use his ability more than once per game.

I think another really good deck for beginners is yellow kalgara and also decks that are hard to play such as smoker and other black decks because they can help them know certain interactions and overall have a better understanding of the game

@satorian_konst I ended up just making proxys of "meta" versions of the six OP8 (I think) starter decks that went pretty well

08 Chopper's On Play ability can only be used during your own turn. Also, the event plays the character active, not rested.

Yeah it's only on my turn. Also whoops, totally forgot it comes in active, I'm so used to effects putting characters into play from your deck rested.

I use Dragon Shield Outer Sleeves (clear) over any kind of sleeve, I've been using the branded one piece sleeves or custom dragon shield sleeves. I just double sleeve.

That's actually a good shout! You're right that I tend to have a little tunnel vision on the 6 DON turn with Tashigi. I was trying to save my 2ks since Uta can "I'm invincible" and swing additional times but in that instance it would have been smart to KO both.

IMO Smoker relies a lot more heavily on card variance than Lucci does to fill his trash. Lucci gets 2 free trashes each turn and has 8-10 cards that can fill trash (spandem, kalifa, finger pistol). Smoker has 8 cards that fill trash 2 cards at a time. Lets assume that Lucci goes second and sees no trash effects outside of leader ability. By the 8 don turn, they'll have a minimum of 6 cards in trash (not counting cards used for counter). Where as Smoker will need to have seen brannew on 2, brannew or sengoku on 4, likely will take a turn off for tashigi on 6 then by 8 don turn will only have 4 cards in trash minimum (assuming they see any sengoku or brannews). In both scenarios, Smoker used 2 cards to help fill trash to the same amount that Lucci did as he was only attacking. Variance is a huge factor in this argument. I've definitely had some games where I had quite a bit in trash with Smoker by 8-10 don turn but then other games I only had a small amount of cards in trash by that same time.

A friend of mine 3D printed them for me. They've come in handy a few times now.

I am always thinking about Gecko Moria in every play I make. Yes boa has blocker but as attackers their stats are identical. I'd rather them buyback a weevil with Moria at that time in the game then Boa which would then fuel their leader effect further and smooth our their draws.

They're saying that any black deck that's leader has an ability that gives minus 1 cost to character, usually has the tools to handle doffy. This is mostly true but some builds are better at it than others ( imo Lucci is better at it then Smoker).

IMO Smoker is just Lucci Light, so he'll do slightly worse than how Lucci's doing in the format. He also gains another hard matchup with Blackbeard. I'm not sure what the shanks matchup will be like. He will still have some solid matchups though.

I think with teched jacks and kaidos smokers Blackbeard matchup gets slightly better since tashigi can trash burgess anyways and 9k kaido with ice age clears 10c Blackbeard

That’s been my testing too. I think he does better than lucci into that and will potentially make him even or slightly slightly worse than lucci. Lucci could get over run from them early game and not able to remove until kaido
