Stuff like this reminds me of checking Toho Kingdom daily back when we didn't know what monsters were going to be in Godzilla Unleashed. I hope we get as many monsters as possible from Toho's roster.

Minus One and Godzilla x Kong can’t even be compared. One is a cinematic masterpiece filled with emotion packed scenes and dark tone with a concept based off of Japan’s loss and suffering after the events of World War Two. It shows a villainous walking atomic bomb only out to kill and nothing else. Its sole purpose in life is to conquer and kill everything that stops it from happening. Whereas the other is a buddy cop based movie with two iconic titans clashing again and then having to team up after a 3rd iconic titan has to force them to. It was big dumb fun with hilarious scenes but could also be dark at times (like the introduction of Skar King and the apes) And had a futuristic and humorous Sci-Fi tone to it with human characters who’s purpose is to discover a source located in an area inside the planet itself. We see Kong smack a child around using him as a weapon and him knocking out a yapping ape. Godzilla Minus One shows us pure destruction and horror which makes it a perfect movie in respect of the original Godzilla 1954 which was a pure horrific movie which also showed the suffering of Japan after World War Two. Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is a movie in respect of the Showa era which was filled with iconic and hilarious sequences such as Godzilla emoting after fighting Ghidorah, Godzilla doing a drop kick on Megalon and his arms moving around funny. These two movies are completely opposites and comparing them is like comparing the venom movies (in terms of humour) to war for the planet of the apes (iykyk).
