I would disagree. Compassion is a little out of control in this country, right now, and it's not bridled by wisdom or justice. That's how you get adults lopping off the healthy bre*sts of 16-year old girls and calling them Timmy, open borders, a welfare system that enslaves women and destroys families, and other insane policies.

Redemption is a bringing back into covenant those who were divorced in Jeremiah and reestablishing His people to a relationship with Him. It isn't about heaven or hell. Matthew 10:40: Jesus says that he and God are one. John 1:3, 10: The writer of John says that Jesus made everything, including the world. Isaiah 9:6: The prophet Isaiah declares that Jesus is God. Revelation 1:8; 22:13: Jesus is referred to as the eternal Alpha and Omega. 2 Peter 1:1: Jesus is referred to as God our Savior. Mark 2:5-7: Some scribes question Jesus' ability to forgive sins, but the writer of Mark suggests that Jesus is God, not a blasphemer. Matthew 16:15-17: 15 “But what about you?” [Jesus] asked. “Who do you say I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven." Father, Son, Holy Spirit - the Holy Trinity. Jesus is not a prophet, Jesus is God on earth. He is the Son, the Saviour. He was born of a virgin, preached the Gospel and performed wonderous miracles. All you have to do is read. The Lord knows your heart though, if you choose to be blind to the obvious scripture that Jesus is God revealed in the flesh….it will be on you.
