*_There may not be major changes but I see some differences. Before is more sallow & the after is more plump & bright. Also, most of these anti aging type products are NOT going to reverse existing damage. It may help improve some. But mostly it’ll slow down further aging/damage. If u look the same as ur starting point, with each passing year, I’d say it’s doing it’s job._* 👍🤓❤️🥳🥳

I keep the original box the product comes in and store the spoon outside of the jar inside of the box. I store the product and spoon inside of the original box. I keep all of my The Ordinary products stored in their original boxes and take them out to use them. It keeps storing them neat and easy to read each box. I have a dedicated shelf on the inside of my bedroom linen closet. I mix 10 drops of The Ordinary resveratrol 3% + ferulic acid and 10 drops of pycnogenol 5% with 1 level scoop (use less vitamin c if you experience skin irritation) of 100% L-ascorbic acid. I mix these in a tiny clear glass bowl with my fingertip until the vitamin c is dissolved. These products enhance the 100% L-ascorbic acid. Or you Google it you can learn about how these 3 products work together. I apply to clean dry skin. After a minimum of 30 minutes I then apply The Ordinary natural moisturizing factors + HA. I apply all of these products to my face, neck, décolleté and the backs of my hands. Try it!

I think UK is the only country that consistently does buttons to turn off plugs. And of course Cyprus and any other country that uses the UK electric plug. It is possible to find multiple outlet extensions that have buttons for EU plugs, but I've only seen two makes. Hama is one.

I have bought a few Monkey Gold bags in Thailand. They look like Kipling, but the quality is much less. However one of them will last significantly longer than some of the others. It's the construction that's pretty good. Even Kipling bags can have issues. I've repaired two of mine.

Thanks Karen I was thinking about a lip flip did it make a difference my top lip is thin do you have any pics was it worth it I’m undecided, have a super holiday 😘
@TheBeautyMaverick5 күн бұрын
I did take a photo but it didn't show any difference at all, although I DID feel a little difference when looking in the mirror/putting on lipstick. It's only slight though and I wouldn't pay for it - they were doing a free lip flip which is why I tried it lol. x

Hi Karen, I do love a random products video 😃, the pomade sounds good, could you rub it in your hands and run them over all of your hair do you think or would it make it look too greasy? I’ve got standy up flyaways at the root and some half way down and frizz in most places 😬. Enjoy your time away x
@TheBeautyMaverick5 күн бұрын
I think you could do that if you had curly hair maybe, but on straight hair you'd have to be so careful as yes it would make it look greasy. Aww thanks so much! xx

Hi Karen have a great time in Aviemore (I was there in August for thunder in the glen motorbike rally as I do every year 😂). As to “dry eye” it was something I battled for ages and ages in just my right eye. I discovered that I had malabsorption issues due to my bowel issues (recently diagnosed as diverticulitis and chronic diverticular disease). Anyway my supplements to address my vitamin and mineral deficiencies have completely stopped my “dry eye”, so it may be worth getting your gp to run some blood tests. I had thought it was menopause and nothing to do with my bowel issues, but it wasn’t and has completely stopped - makes my eye makeup look much better not to have a constant watery eye. Best wishes x

Lovely review!!! I've just finished my first bottle, and am excited to have this in my permanent routine. I didn't experience any irritation. I use it nightly, except for once or twice a week on the nights that I use Glycolic acid to exfoliate. Highly recommend, just be prepared to be consistent and patient. This isn't an overnight miracle, but six months to a year from now you will thank yourself!
@TryMyMartini9 күн бұрын
I wonder if it's possible that they are only releasing it in a bottle of this size so that it is assured to be shelf stable and fresh throughout the entire use of the bottle.

I have to start wegovy next week. Can u do omad fasting while on wegovy. And still lose weight. It’s hard for me to do omad because of my big appetite. So I want fasting when I start losing the appetite for helping my body healing mechanism right now I love fasting but I can’t. What do u think wegovy and fasting?
@TheBeautyMaverick10 күн бұрын
Wegovy kind of lends itself to fasting to be honest, but it depends on how it affects you personally. I can't do fasting as I like to eat at least 3 meals and 2 snacks, plus I need to eat to take tablets throughout the day. That said, I could easily miss lunch on Wegovy or even breakfast as I didn't think about it till late today which is NOT what I'm like unless on Wegovy. Hope that helps somewhat. I don't see any issues fasting with Wegovy and it should help you as it reduces appetite. x

I hadn't thought of their makeup. Usually they're highly rated for skincare. I wonder if you have thoughts on the Youth Bomb range, eyelid lifting peptides or other facial anti agers. They also have a new body anti aging product too. 😊

I've used Beauty Pie for a few years but I'm not going to renew the sub. So fed up with items being out of stock and to be honest there are so many good offers from other brands that there it is little difference in the cost and they keep launching new products that often do nothing for me.

Good morning Karen, I’ve never tried Beauty Pie, I don’t care for having to have a subscription just to order things, I understand the concept but it’s just not for me. Maybe add a shimmer topper on that eye shadow stick, that would be pretty.❤ Hello Watson.🐾❤️

So glad you don’t do sponsorship (although I would still watch if you did) as I know I can trust what you say as it’s clearly genuine. I have the ELF mascara and agree it’s so close to being a great one, for me it’s not volumising enough so I use it over another mascara as a top coat. Have a lovely weekend Karen x

I appreciate that! I think I might consider sponsorship for something I've already tried if that makes sense lol, but it doesn't normally work that way. If St Tropez asked me to promote their self tan I'm there 🤣

Hi Karen, I work at a beauty wholesaler for professionals in Canada and I can say that the most beneficial products for your hair are leave-in treatments. After washing, on damp hair you apply from mid length to ends. The best brands like Moroccanoil, Redken and Matrix make them for all hair concerns.
@TheBeautyMaverick19 күн бұрын
I LOVE Moroccan oil and I think I've used a leave in product like that for most of my life. I'm obsessed with hair stuff lol. Sadly Redken and Matrix are not cruelty free but hopefully they will change :0) Thanks so much. xx

Hi. Thanks for the video, you're absolutely right it's hard to trust reviews as not many people are honest. I know someone who leaves positive reviews even if items are rubbish as they get free items, personally I couldn't live with myself if I did this as it's so selfish and unfair with how tight money is for everyone. I do trust your opinions and reviews!❤
