I started running 2 years ago at age 27 and my mile time at the beggining was 8:10. Now 2 years later, nearing my 29th birthday, my mile pr is down to 5:44. Pretty happy with how far i've come 😄

“Your so weak minded and addicted to marijuana that you couldn’t pass the drug test” -Part of me wants to agree with Matt, but honestly Dana’s right. For three times a year that you need to pass a drug test, that’s roughly 3-4 months of a year without weed. That shouldn’t be that hard, especially since people get drug tested for work year round
