I agree with everything you’ve said in this video I stopped going to these nail salons myself and started taking the time to learn how to do my own. A lot of the time they be talking about about us in they native language then expect a tip at the end like no I’m not just paying for the nails I’m paying for the whole experience.

Also I can’t stand the way they treat your nails. They’re so fast-paced to the point where they’ll pop your acrylics off and that damages your nails to the EXTREME. I have to tell them don’t pop it off, soak it. Nobody really believes in quality work, but they wanna charge an arm and a leg for it. That’s part of the reason why I started doing my own hair because it costs too much and I could just do it at home.

Honestly I’ve only gone to one black nail salon and I can say they they’re pretty much like other nail salons with the high prices and a non-sanitized workspace. That’s just one but I haven’t tried nor do I know of other black nail salons.
