In the "Tools" section of the menu you can press "Edit layout" to change the order of your items, it's actually quite helpful for me

bro just go to settings then click tools. you'll see a button called "edit layout", so now you can rearrange your items there!

this tower (alongside many others) was disconfirmed during a massive purge in the previous r7 tower list - that's why the ring has the biggest amount of disconfirmed content, there exists a photo of an old version of the area's lobby with multiple towers that never made the final cut, this tower may have gotten disconfirmed over the course of the purge, rather than for an actual reason (towers weren't disconfirmed due to community outrage or enjoyment, plus this passed review and was deemed good enough to be confirmed for r7)

For the most part, most aren’t. It’s just expectations for them have skyrocketed as better and quality towers were implemented into the game. Something like ToSP would never get in game nowadays.
