@arpitharai I am just scared because what if she say that you breasts are not grown that much because it's true it doesn't look through clothes but I can feel it because first thing is the nipple showing problem and second as they rub through my clothes they become sore and hurts so I am just not sure that these reasons enough to talk to mom and what if she doesn't know about beginners or sports bra but I am 16 already so I think it is not early it is right time I am just stuck in between these things

Any bra or padded bra looks good only when it fits well on your body. It's true for blouses on sarees. The perked up look might be because the cup size is smaller. Try a higher cup size. Ex: if you wore B cup, try C cup. Try the bra with a blouse and let me know if this helps.
