Note to future videographers: when someone like Paul Gilbert is doing some crazy ad lib stuff, the only person who will ever want to see what the drummer is doing is that drummer. Even other drummers won't care.

To remember I could play this when I was 18... but I picked up on blues, blus rock and jazz blues later on, focused more on music and impro which was my ultimate goal, and totally lost my advanced technical abilities. Somehow, I don't even regret the switch.

Saw Paul live a few years back. He has expanded his playing into jazz and other styles and does them all faultlessly, of course. But the Racer X stuff is still my favorite. Greatest player maybe ever
