Ok so last episode I missed but this one could not as mountain climbing is my childhood dream. That time I wasnt aware where the narrative of my life would take me. Now I am not even sure I am eligible to even see this dream but still chotu sa hi sahi one summit I want to do before I die ....this episode really was one of the best uptil now.

So many gems on here about not only being a caregiver but also the attention a caregiver needs. Vonita ji radiates goodness and it's amazing to see the journeys she has been through. I was lucky enough to watch Still Dancing and being moved by it, the story stayed with me for a very long time. More power to you Vonita Ji and to Movement Mantra. Brilliant episode Farzana xx

This was such an inspirational story . What an incredibly brave mother to face grief and loss like a champion and get the best from an impossibly sad situation. We need to learn from people like Natalie the real meaning of compassion . And full marks to Farzana for navigating the conversation so skilfully and soulfully . Truly learned from this 45 min . Thanks for sharing the message of life and awareness of organs 🫶Losing a child is no moving on or getting over it , it’s life time. I decided to turn the tragedy into transformation, it’s not and end it’s a beginning 🌟something positive comes out of the pain turning loss in legacy 🌟 Viggo made a difference, he is part of the world somehow, I know he is ♥️🌟

Yes it was a lot of information.Important points I noted and from today I wow to reduce carbs n sugar from my diet. I have always been so confused that how often should we eat today by the petrol station reference got my answer :) thanks Mehak....Mehak we have one common non negotiable ..helping one person in whatever capacity we can.
