Yeah it will take that into account. You can use it to select for different provisioners with varying configurations.

CEL seems like a step in the wrong direction to me. We continue to push programming constructs into Yaml strings. This cannot be the state-of-art or future for our industry CUE is a much better language, which is what we really need, a proper language for configuration, rather than this YamHell

Thank you for the video, one thing - you didn't comment on the message: "The Container Storage Interface (CSI) migration feature offloads management operations of persistent volumes provisioned with the in-tree EBS storage plugin to the Amazon EBS CSI driver. This feature is enabled by default in Amazon EKS version 1.23 and later. If you are using EBS volumes in your cluster, then you must install the Amazon EBS CSI driver before updating your cluster to version 1.23 to avoid interruptions to your workloads.Learn more " It would be nice if you included that also in the video.

How fast can it scale? what happens when you have a huge spike in usage/compute/networking?
