2015 Silverado LTZ. Not only were my reverse lights "stock-yellow ugly" (love that phrase, btw), they were totally ineffective. I couldn't see &hit behind me with them on. Great addition. Appreciate you showing this vid. These LED's are great.

I'm glad you like the output of them as well. I am soon going to install a set in all of my vehicles, they are a game Changer for sure. They are really good if you live in a rural area where it's dark and a lot of trees

@@MuscleAddiction903 I'm in a rural area, with no street lights or anything, so yeah, this helps. I literally just changed mine out ten minutes ago. They work great. Tip for you. Rather than using the little red o-rings that were in the package, I took the black gasket off of the OEM socket and placed it on the replacement socket. Worked like a charm. Tight fit and no wobble in the fitting. Then I put some electrical tape around the input to the original socket to keep dust and dirt out of it.

Everything is still stock on it other than a flowmaster 2/1 muffler. The exhaust is a little shorter as well by the exhaust coming out in front of the tire.

Dude I need to talk to you so bad. I just did this exact same swap and can't get my truck to stay on. Turns over fine. I can ever hear the exhaust but it won't stay on. Any suggestions? I used the V8 wiring harness and plugged it back into the existing fuse box on my v6.

@@MuscleAddiction903 2000 4.3 Silverado using a full doner from a 2001 4.8. I even used the same wiring harness and computer from the same 4.8. I didn't change any wiring just plugged in the computer/black color fuse end back into the 2000 Chevy's fuse box. Wouldn't that still be a solid 12v connection for starting?

Yes sir that fuse box should be getting power from the battery to power all the necessary sensors, relays and solenoids. How long does it stay on before it cuts off

@@MuscleAddiction903 It starts for like a second. I can hear the exhaust and all. I'm beginning to think it might be the VATS but idk. I am getting gas (checked the fuel rails), air (throttle is pulling in) and spark (pulled a few plugs and had someone crank while I looked, I could see spark).

Yes its the VATS, You need to do a key relearn that's it. That's the final step. I think I posted the video links I used when I did the key relearn procedure. It's super easy, all you need to do is have a timer/stop watch and a little free time.

My baby has 70k miles and I’m trying to void this issues for a long time. How many miles did it have when you let it go?

It was around 117k miles on it. Definitely get the trans serviced and upgrade grounds from the frame to the engine and that will help. If you have started developing the trans shudder Definitely don't keep driving it like that.

Thankfully no shudder issue. I’ve serviced the trans myself at 45k miles with the updated oil and I’ve had no issues thankfully 🙏 and it’s an 18’ 8 speed
