I watched the first ~10-15 minutes of this today so I could journal before my therapy session. In that session, I made massive leaps in my healing journey because I was able to confront the fact that I am sabotaging myself in very specific ways. I always thought "yeah I sabotage my happiness" but it's so different to actually be able to pinpoint how my energy is actually drawing in the opposite of what I say that I want. I'm drained (in a good way) now, but I will definitely be finishing this video later as I journal more! Thank you. :)

Dr. Bengston is hilarious. And his work could be the most important development in human history. It’s 2024 now, I wonder if the recording is available yet?
@dradrianapopescuАй бұрын
I agree, @Oswaldfiveo. If you mean download the recording I'm pretty sure you can with youtube premium, and you can also get the audio-only on Apple, Spotify and elsewhere. We are looking at converting al the Spotify audios to video soon now that they have added that feature.

I just watched Stressed, that's where I found out about NET. Also at some point someone said we don't know where the limits are with who it can help and who it can't. And I was thinking mabe it should be tested on Narcissists and psychopaths. I guess Narcissists are the most emotionally damaged people out there. Just a thought. My father is a narcissist and its caused so many issues for me in adulthood and I'm going to try this in the UK and see how much it helps me too. I definately feel like its been alot of emotional.and mental damage that's been done or conditioning being stuck with someone like that, especially in my early years when I should have been developing. So yeah 🤞 Thanks for all your work! It all sounds absolutely amazing!

Hi Jesse, thank you for your reply. I wish that narcissists and psychopaths would be open to this type of work but unfortunately, most of them don't think they have a problem. Please try it for yourself, let us know how it goes. Wishing you all the best in your healing!

I had a drinking issue for over a decade. I was near 2 years sober when covid hit and I noticed the potential for increased alcoholism as you've addressed here right away. The education on responsible drinking is not presented properly to society at large, and most will have an issue before stumbling upon content and info such as this. Spreading the word is key. I commend your efforts here, Dr. Thanks!

Great interview Adriana! Be Set Free Fast is an amazing modality and has been a powerful technique for change in my life. Dr. Larry Nims has given a great gift to the world, and Alfred is a phenomenal Master Trainer, and along with practitioners such as yourself, will continue to evolve BSFF into the future.

I like very much the book, specially because of the exercises and practical tools given in each chapter. Since 2019 that I take classes with Dr. Adriana Popescu, she is great, direct, honest and cristal clear in therapy as well as explaining and teaching, I was waiting for this book. I also see her as my mentor, she helped me overcoming fear and anxiety as well as panic attacks. Thanks to her help, I stoped taking medication and I did also learn how to manage anxiety and self-regulate.

Cancer has no real independent conscious. Therefore it responds to directed conscious. Warts must have more of an active conscious (however minimal) that makes it unhealanble via conscious. In Star Wars 'force' terms, cancer is weak minded and heavily influenced by the force. Whereas the strong(er) minded can't be influenced. The longer Mr Bengston continued and he talks how we are all connected, he's might not realize it that he's talking about quantum entanglement. In a quantum universe, all there is is energy. Energy from the same source. We (all) humans' are fractals of the source of ALL ENERGY. Like any hologram 9f one thing, if you cut the hologram into pieces, you don't fracture the hologram into pieces of a puzzle, but have that many exact whole copies of the original. Healing to one can replicate to the other fractals as they choose by their free will. If they are not open, they'll not receive.
