I think it is a debatable whether this clip is based on any of the UoB routes: -Public and televised interviews are conducted with autonomist members (+1 to autonomist route). -Anniversaries of patriotic-socialist events are celebrated (+1 to maximalist route). -Public works of energy sources are promoted (I don't remember which route is more prone to collective industrialization). -Collective propaganda is emphasized (with phrases like "we will keep the red flag flying here"). I would say that probably, because of the slight emphasis on giving voice to a little bit of everything, but still maintaining some focus on a certain collectivist narrative, it is the restorationist route (the coup route against Mosley and the maximists).
