I have a question for Chris, what if the man in your life has trauma that shuts him down completely when he tries to feel it? Ie he becomes frozen… for days if not weeks in that fear based energy. Any suggestions on how he can approach healing this? He is terrified to feel because he cannot afford to be shut down for days on end (work, responsibilities etc) thank you

If yoi follow him on instagram or youtube you have the awser. You have to breath slowly, so that way yoi relax into the feeling, and then it flows. Before i knew him i had that experience witouth knowing it. I had a breakup, suffered for months. Finally i decided that i will sit down and really feel it instead of running from it. And i cried so much that i was trembling. And then i felt a huge relief.
