Knowing that the car wasn’t broken before the car crash doesn’t help mend the damage.

This video seems to contain a lot of projection onto others. No one on monk mode has, as far as I am aware, said they feel better than others or that they are too afraid to go outside. I fundamentally disagree that it gives pleasure or in comfort zone, the whole point of monk mode by whatever name is that it is uncomfortable and pushes your limits to focus and achieve. I don’t actually think you understand what people are trying to do, instead you seem to be arguing against it simply for the sake of it.

@@AmsNl2BcnEs The video was me explaining the issues that I personally had with monk mode. I have no problem with the concept itself… At no point do I argue against it. I’m just warning people against my mistakes. Sorry if I didn’t convey that well enough. I appreciate for the constructive criticism 👍

@@lennytune9173 that’s fine, from my point of view that’s not at all how it comes across, there were lots of generalised comments about people eg being better than others or being afraid to go outside, which comes across as a very negative perception of the motivations of others without evidence/justification. All good if you can speak with a more flexible and understanding mindset in future videos. All the best.

Two excellent anecdotes that resonate with hidden, even forgotten aspects of my younger self... All paths are different, but I believe that we can develop the spirit and hold on to the humble flesh at the same time. Vices and virtues each contain one half of the truth. They can be merged together, stirred, dissolved… This is the way of the Alchemist. Quoting Paracelsus: “All things are poison, and nothing is without poison; but the dose makes it that a thing is not a poison.” Good luck and keep exploring.

Thank you for this great talk, these are golden words. In my humble opinion, this concerns many, many people. The technique of having an honest inner dialogue between the rational, responsible adult self and the emotionally guided child self has really overwhelmed me. I find the technique of "absorbing" - of sincerely accepting and embracing - physical and emotional pain equally valuable. I promise to practice. Best wishes from Nuremberg, Germany.

Lenny was right; during 2022-2023, it was a prime time for self-improvement. Perhaps everyone knows Brae, the guy who made videos about fitness and life; he was a reason for me to strive for betterment in my life. During that period, his physique and appearance were the goals of many. However, Brae eventually stopped making videos and became addicted to drugs. I was shocked to see someone like him in such a state. In every video, he wore a mask to hide his true personality; maybe he didn't really want to do that

you seem to have the heart at the right place. I just checked out the link and was a little surprised 999$ a month? that is more than i pay for rent, insurance, food and my dog per month. What excactly are your credentials to demand such high (i know high is subjective, but too me it is high ^.^) price? and what is the value I can expect? one 30min phonecall per week seems very little and "Detailed roadmap to achieve your ideal life" is very very vague. I just dont know what i can expect from you for that price? maybe a little more info on that could also attract more potentional buyers. best (non- hateful) wishes from germany =)
