PS, Princess cruise line also does an around the World cruise for close to the same price for an inside stateroom. And you can also book segments of them. Like just one month of it. And they seem to alternate between 2 route options each year.

Yes we stripped a little weight off it. And it’s also the narrower version of the bambi , the “sport” model. We’ve upgraded our camper to a 30 foot airstream now though as we needed more space for our young adult children who like to join us. And we are towing it with a gas powered truck until we get the cyber truck . Can I ask how you found my video? I think I must of posted it on social media somewhere at some point? I’ve posted lots of travel content but I’m amazed at how I keep getting so many views on the videos of us towing with our Tesla from a couple years ago. 🙋🏼‍♀️ 🚗

Yes it sure was!!! Thanks so much! It took me way….longer than I expected to put this one together! I started at 6pm New Year’s Eve and didn’t get it published til noon today. 8 hours of editing and then I didn’t have enough space in my camera roll to download it so had to sort that out 😂 2024 has us in Arizona at an RV park until April. Starting to build at our new lake property this summer. And Thailand accommodations are booked for November/December. ❤ Happy New Year to you both!

We’re so glad your enjoying the videos! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️The pool deck was a little more crowded than most cruises we’ve been on, yes. But I think after a while you get to know the routine and can find a spot to relax. Not many kids on our cruise. There were some, but not as many as a normal cruise. Yes, the Buffet was always very crowded and not a pleasant experience. We decided to eat in the dining room because it was less chaos. We find the music extremely loud at the pool area so mostly on sea days Erik would go play cards in the morning and I would work on my video editing in a quiet spot in one of the lounges. I would say the biggest drawback for us with MSC compared to any other cruise line would be their lack of being organized. For example, you ask a question to one of the staff members and they give you an answer ,and if you ask that same question to another staff member ….you get a different answer…..😬. If we really needed to know the answer to a question, we would ask several staff members and then take an average to decide what the correct answer might be…. For the cost that we paid for the cruise. We are glad that we did it because we were able to see a lot of the world for a reasonable price. But we are reluctant ourselves to do another MSC cruise due to those organization issues. Another example….. on their app they would occasionally say we had to be back on the ship at a certain time, and there would be signs at the port stating a different time of an hour difference. Friends of ours almost missed the ship because of it. Things like that. It’s just kind of risky…..

Thank you for your helpful and quick response! You’re confirming some of our concerns, but at the same time they seem more manageable. Weird… Do you mind also sharing your thoughts on the food and cleaning on board? These are two other areas on which often comments are made. I appreciate that especially the food is a personal thing, but I would like to know what you thought on quality and diversity (it is a 4-month cruise after all). As to cleaning: were drawers etc useable right away, or did you need to clean them first? Were you happy with the overall cleaning? Thanks again for any insights you want to share!

@daniellepos8720 we thought there was plenty of options for food. Not the same types of food as North American ships but you get to know what they are best at cooking and can choose accordingly once your on board a while. If you like to eat healthy, you will enjoy the food. The fish was always a great choice with many varieties. Lots of fresh fruits and salad options. Great breakfast selections as well. The buffet dishes could be a bit bland but they have sauces, spices, salt etc there for you to add to taste. We really enjoyed the food. And our room stuard who cleaned our room was awesome! The best we have ever had. Room was always super clean and he was always eager to please us. Absolutely great service by the cleaning staff.
