How do you go direct into the PA with a gt3 and sound as good as an amp that's mic'ed?

@@frankcqIII there is a lot of tweaking. You can pick the amp type then pick a cabinet type. I believe you can also pick the virtual spot where a mic would go. From there it's efx. Tedious but can be done

Know what you mean man, I thought I blew my PA last night with my gain way up and some crunchy distortion rocking Lonely is the Night, turns out the power chord to the pa got slightly pulled out, not even noticable, but I pushed it in and I barely had to push it and it clicked back on, good advice!

That's a great story. ❤I love rush as well. I saw that show at the LA forum. I was 13 when I first saw rush. No one wanted to go with me, so I took the bus by myself and had a fantastic experience. That was 40 years ago.

First concert? David Johansen opened for the Clash which was the opening act for the Who. Sept 26th, 1982 at Rich Stadium in Buffalo, 4th date on the tour. Best show ever? Grateful Dead, Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA.
