If this is a spousal sponsorship then no you do not need those documents as they are not relevant to the file. Immigration should alreayd have a copy of your birth certificate and passport. You can bring them again if they are indicated in the interview letter.

You can submit a statutory declaration with the evidence that you tried to get your child examinated and you are not able to. IRCC will keep asking many times to protect your future rights to sponsor and the child's rights but eventually they will acccept the fact that you are not able to get your child examined.

This is very normal as there are long backlogs. Ensure you follow up every 2 months with IRCC.

Unfortunately no, as its an application for applicants within Canada, travelling from outside would cause the applicaftion to most likely be refused and you will also be most likely unable to re-enter Canada.

My boyfriend and I we're friends for 3 years and we're getting still to know each other more and we're now going into a relationship this year he's in Canada I live in the US I am disabled but I do work self employment versus part-time work because it's hard to get jobs anywhere because I require a service animal I do what's the house to my family and I'm on disability as well outside of working self employment and are concern is is it more affordable for us to just go and get married and me sponsor him here in the US or if we wanted to move over to Canada would it be possible for him to sponsor me even though I am disabled on disability and self-employed and that's concerned we have because I do have a service animal and financially I know that I would have a reduced in my financial assistance if I did get married here in the US so we are just looking at all options right now.

Yes anyone physically in Canada can make a refugee claim however there are certain rules of exclusion (for example certain types of criminality, if a previous claim was made, if coming from a third safe country etc)

You have to organize your photos in a word document and title them with dates and description and upload to the category that makes more sense in the portal. Sometimes it might be other.

Hello we are sorry to hear about what you are going through. Its difficult to qualify for a refugee claim if you are from the United States as there are enough ressources and governement protection but you would explore economic immigration pathways depending on your skills, work experience, education and language skills.

Respected Madam, I got PR in Oct, 2018 and then did stay and exit on the following dates.. Stay Breakdown... Landed on 4th Oct, 2018 and stay till 14th Feb, 2020. Landed again on 25th July,2020 till 1st Aug 2021. now landed on 20th of October,2023 and still in Canada waiting for PR Cards renewal... My PR Card is getting expire on 30th of November, 2023. I did apply for renewal. My question is if I get PR renewal and stay for more 215 days to make it 1095 days(880+215) then I am eligible for citizenship or I have to stay again the same days on new PRCard. Tax return filled for the last three years. You reply will be really appreciated.. Best regards

In order to calculate your days for the purposes of citizenship, you need to calculate from the day you apply going back 5 years (it does not matter if you were on different PR cards) and you then need to see if you have 3 years out of the 5 year period
