One of my Navy brothers from our enlistment time frame 1979 - 1982 was in hospice this October 2024. I was encouraged to call him even though he had stopped talking. I followed instructions, and his sister put the phone to his ear. When I told him, "Peace be with you, now and always," he took his last breath. I count it all joy, yet my heart broke in that moment. My brother knew Jesus Christ as his Savior. Praise God for trusting me to guide him to arms of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I listen to this song all the time. I lost my husband of 37 years on 02.04.2023 and the Winans was his all time favorite gospel group. This song just describes how I feel. But I know he is safe in the arms of Jesus😢

This song is so good it should probably have a full orchestra backing up..... However, I personally prefer the synthetic keyboards as they go with the old time periods.... Fabulous song here
