I have been watching shed homes, tiny homes, mobile homes, for YEARS and I’ve found only a couple that I thought ok I love that. But THIS, not only do I love it but there’s NOTHING I would change with this layout, it is perfection!! And I absolutely love the minimalist style yet it still feels so cozy and personal. I would buy this tomorrow if I could. Do you have a layout? Or building plans someone could purchase?

With the ridiculous cost of building modest standard homes($350,000-$450,000) local governments will have to start changing zoning laws so as to allow different types of home structures to be built…These shed conversions should be fine in many areas.Young people and people of all ages with limited funds should be given a real chance at home ownership.

Hard to say. Manufactured homes were not permitted on our land so this was the best option for us. Also with it being 100% customized to our liking the cost factors would probably vary.

Your solo group looks like so much fun! The desk is awesome. I think you can buy a key board tray that slides out and hides nicely under the desk. It will help on the arms and wrists. I’ve always enjoyed all your crafts. Good for you that you’ve added them to your Etsy store!!!

On the houses pics.. i’m thinking Hobby lobby has clear glass frames, but I’m not certain on the size. I know I got one. It’s kind of a glass floating frame for a painting that I did… my family bouquet.
