There is nothing on the Antler website about heavy metals or whether their products are third party tested for lead and cadmium. There can be unhealthy levels of lead and cadmium in raw cacao. Also, cacao grown in Africa has less lead and cadmium than cacao grown in South America.

Yes, I had to have an emergency appointment as I was in so much pain. Dentist told me nothing could be done for my tooth and had to pull it out. I decided to increase my wheatgrass and have my tooth after 5 years..don’t know which one it was! This was just wheatgrass grown in trays in my lounge. I used potting mix but it had been recycled many times from previous trays outside so was probably pretty nutrient dense soil.

I bought raw cacao in the past but this time I bought organic cacao. It doesn’t say raw. Is all cacao raw? Or should I always look for raw cacao? Thanks

Ive heard research doctors say that humans cannot digest grasses. That we do not have anything like the 4 stomach system that cows do, to break down grasses so there is no benefit for us, we cannot access the chlorofyl in the whaestgrass and that it actually has defense chemicals that actually harm humans.

“You can’t always get a good quality of beef liver”? I think you can. Just go to an organic farm of butcher and order some fresh grassfed beef liver, stockpile in your freezer and take some every day. Much more affordable that’s for sure.
