I have to say… my thoughts and emotions are on a pendulum between compassion and fear when listening to presentations like this. I keep thinking … if I were the victim, or if the people talking were the victims, or the survivors of violence (with a dear family member or friend being murdered, raped, mutilated, or paralyzed), I don’t think we would ever be able to trust the perpetrator ever again. People sometimes accidentally make mistakes, but sometimes they intentionally make very wrong choices. Sometimes they sin against God and man. Sometimes they do things that devastate many others’ lives. I appreciated what was said. It was thought-provoking and challenging. I’m just not sure how to make sense of it all.

My son is going thru that now. He has been in jail for over 2 years. They are refusing to let him have a trail so he can prove his innocents. The police didn't investigate the claim. The woman who falsely accused my son. She has accused 1,033 other men too. The paducah police police officers knows about it and don't care.

What kind of sex game involves stabbing someone 40 times? We Americans only do that when we want to make damn sure they are dead. America has to get even with Italy for this or they will do this to other Americans. I think we can do this by buying the TV movie "A Death In Italy" that was broadcast on LifeTime. You were guilty because Prosecutor Mignini convinced that retarded jury you were guilty. Apartently you were guilty of spending the night sleeping with a man you were not married to and while Rudy was killing her, you were over at Raffalle 's place doing drugs and the horizontal mambo, therefore there was nobody home at your apartment, and Rudy saw that as an opportunity. Older people in Italy would agree with him on that. if you don't understand Italian and did not listen to Mignini's well constructed case ( aka. "The wilde tale of Foxy Knoxy and the sex game gone wrong) you can't understand what really happened. ,So replace the actor who played Mignini with a good comic actor, who can talk like Chico Marx. He gets the jury to believe that there is a knife with your DNA on the handle and a few of Meredith's blood cells on the blade. He does not show them the actual knife or say they found it in Rafale's kictchen drawer. He shows them a photograph of the knife next to a very large object and sez that the blade is small enough to have made the wounds Rudy made with his stilleto. Anne Coulter agrees with Mignini on this. It should be shown that your boss Patrick is married to a white woman, and they won't let him get away with that in Italy.

The fact that all these sub-postmasters were spun the same lie, "You are the ONLY one", clearly indicates that this was an orchestrated plot by the Post Office to protect their reputation and the huge MISTAKE that they made by deploying the pathetic system called Horizon. Being told NOT to mention Horizon just adds to the despicable scheme to silence these innocent citizens. Why, oh why, does this organisation have these Gestapo type legal powers ??? They should be stripped of these powers IMMEDIATELY.
@barrygriffin665311 ай бұрын
I cried when I saw the despicable treatment that this lovely, honest and hard working woman was subjected to by those Gestapo type Post Office thugs. How the hell can such a miss carriage of justice possibly be perpetrated in this country? The whole mess must be sorted out by the government because as the sole shareholder of the Post Office, they are solely responsible for it. Heads must roll, and the victims MUST be more than adequately compensated for ALL of their losses. Nothing short of this is acceptable. Shame on all of you for doing this to all these law abiding citizens. I am disgusted.

His accent annoys me and he does rabbit on too much. I’m amazed that Jo still has her sense of humour after such a tragedy. I hope those responsible do face prison for destroying the lives of so many. It’s honestly hard to believe that the post office could be such criminals. Jo I hope you do go for your law degree and help poor innocent people like yourself fight for justice. So so tragic that people have died because of their corruption. You are a lovely person who deserves a payout for all the heartache you’ve endured. Stay strong Jo! ❤
