Thanks. It’s a Roland TD-20 kit, but I upgraded to a TD-30 module when the lcd and many faders started failing. Using usb to laptop running Reaper as the DAW. It only records as a stereo pair, so I have to premix levels before recording, which is a PITA. The new kits record multiple tracks via usb from what I’ve read.

Yep. Old bottle of gold leaf my wife had and a Q-tip. It’s been on a few years, no issues. Was just bored with the plain black discs.
