@alwaysthewildones2 күн бұрын
@@_inmyhead I was going to buy another one just for the lamp part and add it to the stand. Did you buy the SANSI bulb as well? Apparently the Ikea lamp only takes 16 watt bulb which I didn’t realise. Mine works just fine but for safety I might change the bulb to the 10 or 15 watt bulb.

I think what Jimmy is saying is that this particular ikea model support max a 16 watts lightbulb😅 could be risky and dangerous make it work with an higher power specially if we are talking of a growlight that have to stay on for long periods of time 😊 I've modified mine changing the plug and the wire, using just the "stand" 😊😊 pay attention guys !! I’ve never used PON, but I have tried using LECA and ‘no drainage’ before and those plants never thrive or survived like all my plants in tree fern fiber and my own mix. Almost every plant channel I’ve seen that uses ‘no drainage’ their leaves never look robust and healthy to me (for Anthurium anyways). I think you’ll see a big difference, but the transition could be tough.
