Customer service could be better, by far. I have sent multiple questions, asking the same thing - looking for guaranteed and full anylysis on the foods, and still cannot get anything sent but links, and Facebook videos. That's great, but it's avoiding the questions I feel, and transparency should be the forefront of company, especially if I'm trusting you with my fur babies. So, after reading the rest of the reviews, and having to ask multiple questions, without ever getting the answers, I think we will be going with a different company. While some of the ingredients are good in this food, (not big on the synthetic form of vitamins) the concept is great, human grade is a major win, the customer service and transparency makes it the final factor at the end of the day. I am pretty sure they use AI for responses at that point. Ask any questions about nutrients, they will literally point you to the same guaranteed anylysis which is the bare minimum. Not sure if this food is actually good or not at this point. There's also many complaints on refunds! So, be careful here. Seems like a start up needing funding, and building without care to pets.

We love Jinx! Our American Bully Tyson loves it too. He has cancer and was already on a really expensive urinary prescription diet. I love the fact that Jinx has everything in it to help his overall nutrition and also helps his urinary issues. His old food only addressed his urinary health but didn’t provide much else for the rest of his Systems. I own one of these thermometers- to be honest both the app and the thermometer are EXTREMELY difficult to use and not very user friendly at all. A lot more work needs to be done to develop the app and equipment- this product seems to be half-baked. I can't agree with the comments made in this video at all unfortunately.
