I think I have a bug but I cant find any fix or info. I picked up the diary and after that I died. When we came back the quest item never spawn only a slim diary so i'm stucked in the progress. :/ Anyone had ever some similar problem? Sorry for my english btw..:/

They dont have to be active. You dont even need the code for them. You just need to find their location and even then you only need to find ONE of them, not both if i remember right. Also the fire at boat is always lit now.

is it normal for the first objective(finding the hideout) to not proc despite picking up the letter?

The sniper should shoot a sign or something to signal that the flare worked and your good to go

Stash quests are such a terrible quest design I genuinely hate this quest, all out in the open making the most noise possible, near the most populated spot on the most popular map.

I really love that you have the close extracts. It really helps a Timmy out knowing this. It’s amplified by the fact that I paid 1.5 million for the access card with a blue marking on PVE, which in comparison is more expensive than any single use of a 10 use colored keycard. I got 10 total stims out of that single room, nothing top tier though. As always I greatly appreciate your videos brother.
