When this movie came out, I had a feeling that most of it was bullshit. Come to find out I was 100% correct. This white savior movie is ridiculous. Acting like they had to teach him to play football. He already knew how to before they met him. And they didn’t adopt him, they tricked him into a conservatorship. So they can make business decisions on his behalf. They lied to him and told him they were adopting him though. They’ve even admitted to it. But of course Hollywood has to get their hands on a story and twist it to make it look like something else.
