The nito person got like 3 ippons but non of them got declared as ippon... Shinpans.... smh....

There are only about 2 nito players in the entire UK, we need more of them to improve Shinpan standards

鍔迫り合いが少なく技が付きなくて見てて楽しい。大観衆の声援も良いが落ち着いて集中できるこの様な大会見るのも好きだ。しかし気合が無い剣道はとても奇妙。イギリスチームは日本人と対戦する時は気合出してるのになぜ気合を出さないのかな？

Beautiful. Who is truly on the offensive position with your hand above your opponent hand for the same strike. Using your opponent's strength against them versus using all your strength for a strike and placing yourself possibly out of balance.

Mountain climbers are not my favorite. I know the more I hate it, it means the more reason I should do it because I'm weak. Kippon training! :)

It can be difficult to find an exercise you actually enjoy doing, but there are so many out there! Try as many as you can to see what works best for you :)
