Thank you for this. I just found out I’m an empath. I think I said before I’m a Baby Witch. Now I understand why I carry people’s emotions - and if it’s something traumatic I can carry it for years. Which is terribly unhealthy emotionally. I need to learn how to handle this and compartmentalize? Anyways, I know this bowl will help me in my journey to hold some of that negative energy😮hold some of those and release some positive energy.emotions.
