Fairly similar to a house recently up for sale in Sandbanks for 3 times the price and that 1 didnt have a lift. Shame though to be so close to the beach yet unable to see it from the ground floor, typical Sussex coastal property

Nice property shame about the location! Just need to move the bricks to some warm country so you can make use of it properly, too cold in the uk for an outside heated pool so a bit of a gimmick 👍

I am yet to find a property with a sea view from the ground floor along the Sussex coast, such a shame, exactly the reason I prefer Devon & Cornwall where its much more common

The problem with buying a Home like this one is the Fact that i would want to choose my own interior design, I wold want to have my Choice of Bathroom, Kitchen , My choice of Tiles , Carpet , Paint ,etc , The Interior just looks very Bland indeed, Houses on this scale should be a shell inside so you can put your own mark on it,

I know this beach and it is lovely. I am afraid the house and the way it is decorated is very bland, but this seems to be the new English style. The description Isobel gives of the area though, is very accurate and I would recommend it as a lovely place to live.

This is quite possibly the most well constructed and best house I’ve ever seen. If you are in that bracket, it has everything you need and nothing you don’t need. 6 1/2 thousand feet is big. I used to have a 2000 square-foot apartment in Dubai four bedroom and that was as big as you needed it to be. This is a big house, and at the price it is that it is very well priced for the style quality and location. Congratulations to the builders of this place, they’ve really done it proud. What a nice hous.

Incredibly stunning property very well presented, especially those drone shots that show the area I do like the design said there's no gym or sauna but I would quite happily move in if my Euro come in I guess 4,000,000 to 5,000,000

Probably one of the best houses I've sen on these channels in the UK, the proportions of the rooms, layout and natural light all being big pluses. The third floor has massive potential for an entertainment suite or gym or recording studio and the master suite is an actual master suite - you never need to go downstairs if you don't want to! Just need a Euro Millions win now : )
