Use body glide for feet cause it's creamier than a chap sick and never gets bally also cut that piece out of your shoe if you can congrats on your marathon!! it can be addictive 😊

I just watched your ACL story and I felt the exact same way it was like the words coming out of your mouth were mine. I'm getting surgery on my ACL and Meniscus in 4 days 2 days before Christmas which I'm sad about. I'm 12 years old and I want to go pro. It's great for me to see that you can run a marathon after the surgery even thought it was 4 years ago.
