Hi! Thank you for your question. I will start by saying Henderson is 6-8% Black so we're definitely the minority. However, I will say that racism has not been our experience. My children have a diverse group of friends and so do we. We love our community and we are in the Green Valley area. That doesn't mean racism doesn't exist though. My friend Mervyn lives in Memphis Tennessee and I've lived in San Diego California, Colorado and now Henderson Nevada and we are still friends. My friend Charles again he lives in San Diego and I live in Henderson and we are still close friends.

Freewill, we a choice to show ourselves friendly or not. Also we have a choice to stay friends with someone as well. Plus, there are different levels to friendships as well. Like a person can share more life's details with one friend more than the other as well.

No, I have a friends that is closer than a brother one name Mervyn in Memphis Tennessee since I was 6 years old (1st grade) and another one name Charles since 2007 we started doing Christian rap music together then and now he and I are pastors now he is in San Diego and of course I'm in Henderson. Proverbs 18:24 reads [A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

What about if you are working with a realtor that is slow to respond to you? And you have another that responds faster? or one is available to show on one day but not another and that other one is available to show on the day that the other one can’t

Thank you for your question.There are many factors to consider, but If you are working with a realtor who is not responding based on what was promised, I would bring it to his/her attention first. Oftentimes it is a miscommunication issue that can be resolved with a phone call. Also, you want to give them a chance to find a solution for you. We work as a team. So if I am not able to show a property, we talked about it, and it truly meets your criteria I can make arrangements for someone else on my team to show it to you. But the short answer, is give them a call and present the issue. Hope this helps! ~Nicci
