My opinion: If you wish to have original and fresh flavor of Durian, better not adding: sugar, egg and milk. Just mix roughly the Durian. The sensation will be much-much different.

Pandan juice replaces hot water, and the batter needs to be slightly heated before steaming. It is different from our method, you need to adjust and observe it yourself!

I tried this but i don't what happen it was good in steamer. But when i take it out it was like puncture ☹☹ In steamer it was fluffy and puffed but get flat after removing 😅
