This doesn’t work and customer services is fine if you understand an India accent. You need customers service to get customers service as they are-5 UTC for talk and +8 UTC for Email. Where ever that is it is not Easten Standard time. Called customer service number, waiting 30 minutes started explaining problem and got disconnected. Looks like a good product but unless you are lucky to get into the operating system and get it right the first time forget it a second time. I had it a week and sending it back. Hope you have better luck!

as indicated in the title, i was blown away by the size of the product, it's just gigantic. it's a professional product that needs to have a real need for it. the emissions are strong, so it should be avoided in a home. on the other hand, outdoors and in large spaces, it's the ideal product, easy to configure, easy to install, and infinite signal strength. personally, i tested it outdoors and walked as far as i could to test the signal. In an open field, with no buildings or forests (I live in the countryside), I managed to pick up the signal at around 400 meters, which is just enormous. This is a product designed for professionals to cover large areas with wifi, such as amusement parks, zoos or outdoor exhibitions.

There should be a yellow Stickers on the pcie interface,please try to move the sticker before connecting it. If you already remove the stickers,such problem might be caused by many reasons,in order to narrow the scope of the problem,could you please tell us the information below? 1.If you try to upgrade the bios of the motherboard,could this help?(To confirm if such problem is related with the bios) 2.If you connect the device at another pcie slot,will you meet the same problem?(To rule out the problem of the pcie slot) 3.If you reset the bios by removing the battery for 1 min and connect it back,could this help? 4.If possible,pls test the device with another pc,will the same thing happen?(To confirm if it is a problem of host environment or the device itself)

I didn't realize how big this thing is. It's huge! I'm using it indoors as an Access Point in a detached metal building. The unit is Cat5e hardwired to the router in the main house which is about 300' away. So since it's an Access Point there will be a different SSID from the WiFi in the main house, which means, as you move between buildings you'll be handed off between the networks. And the iPhone 12 Pro handles the hand off seamlessly as does my Dell laptop. WiFi signal inside the metal building is great. All TVs and computers are humming along swimmingly.
