Hello, I need your help. Recently I encountered a discomforting experience with the sleeve. Usually, when we connect the air pipe to the sleeve adapter, it acts to make it easy for the operator to remove the sleeve. Well, when I connected the air pipe, the air never circulated in the adapter sleeve. Instead, it was just coming out from the other side holes, I call them the rib-holes. So as I type this here, I have an adapter with a sleeve on it. I've failed to remove it because the air isn't circulated as usual. I shall appreciate the solution.
