Berechtigte Frage. In aller Regel Unterrichtet Latosa sehr sinnvolle Sachen. Die Leute sie sein System verwenden nicht zwingend 😅 Hab sogar 1-2 mal in der Schule Trainiert. Hatte mir da leider nicht so zugesagt. Der Lehrgang mit Rene Latosa war dagegen hervorragend.

what you morons do not understand is, that this is self defense for normal people...why on earth would they have to fight against MMA guys? MMA fighters train several hours a days...these Wing Chun guys do not want to fight in a cage...just survive against some street thief! Would you teach 50 years old housewifes to fight in a cage?
